Yes. After a briefing of about 15 minutes, everyone drives their own sled, in single file. You're always preceded by the instructor, who stays at the front along the whole route.
We recommend it: the places for each time slot are limited, and in high season they sell out fast.
Of course, for you or for a group. If there are many of you, write to us first, so we find the best solution together: we're a small centre, with few places for each time.
The briefing and the excursion are always guaranteed in Italian and English. If Giorgia is there, the briefing is also in French.
No, you don't need to print the booking.

No, no athletic requirement is needed: being in good health is enough. Keep in mind, though, that it's a sport: you stand and take an active part, you don't get pulled along sitting down, so you need a certain resistance to fatigue.
A little, and rightly so: sleddog is lived together with the dogs, helping them when needed. On the uphill stretches you push with one foot, and sometimes you step off and walk beside the sled. We explain everything in the briefing.
From age 3 children take part as passengers, next to the instructor. From about age 7, if they meet the weight and height parameters, they can drive their own sled.
Yes: to drive safely you need a weight between 30 and 100 kg and a height of at least 1.20 m to handle the handlebar. Those who weigh less than 30 kg still live the adventure, as passengers next to the instructor.
No, for safety reasons. Some conditions, such as an ongoing pregnancy, a recent fracture, or limitations that prevent the use of hands, legs and eyesight, do not allow safe driving.
Always let us know before booking, so we assess together whether the activity is feasible. It's not a barrier or a prejudice: it's care for you and a guarantee of maximum safety for the dogs and the whole group.
Dress in layers, with a waterproof windbreaker, gloves, a hat and sunglasses. On your feet, snow boots or snowboard boots are fine: ski boots, trainers or footwear not designed for the snow are not suitable.

First 15 minutes of briefing, then about 40 minutes on the snow: with you driving your sled and the instructor always ahead, opening the trail.
About an hour in total. The time on the snow can vary a little depending on the snow cover, the time of day and the dogs' fitness.
No, if you follow the briefing instructions. We give you everything you need before setting off, and the instructor is always there ahead of you.
It can happen, yes. During the safety briefing we explain exactly how to behave in case of a fall: no worries.
No. Children travel only on the instructor's sled, for their safety. It's not allowed to carry children or other adults on your own sled.
We ask you to be at the meeting point ten minutes before the time. We leave at the exact time, all together: like at the airport, those who arrive after the gate closes miss the flight.
Not for the excursion. But if you have a Husky and want to live sleddog together with him, there's the Masterclass, designed exactly for this.

Yes. Excursions normally take place even in cold, wind and snow: Siberian Huskies were born for the harsh climate, and that's where they give their best. And it's with fresh snow that the atmosphere is even more magical.
Rain is the only exception, because it makes the trail dangerous for you and the dogs. If rain is forecast at altitude, we let you know and move the excursion to a new date.
For force majeure events, such as an extraordinary snowfall or closed roads, safety comes first: we let you know and move the excursion. There's no money refund, but a new date. Your ticket stays valid for the whole season.
It depends on the rate you chose: FIXED is non-refundable and allows no changes; FLEXIBLE has free cancellation up to 72 hours before and one date change; FREEDOM up to 48 hours before and two changes. You'll find everything on the Cancellation policy page.
Unfortunately the run is lost: we can't redo the briefing for one person without keeping the group and the dogs — already ready to leave — waiting. As with a plane, those who arrive after departure miss the run.
You can do it on your own: in the confirmation email you'll find a link to change or cancel the booking. Just click it and follow the instructions, within your rate's windows.

Yes. Our dogs' safety comes first: they're athletes cared for all year round, with a vet checking them twelve months a year. And when a dog stops running it stays with us to enjoy its retirement.
Yes, they're purebred Siberian Huskies, with pedigree, with eyes ranging from blue to brown and a character all to discover.
In a pack, free and outdoors, not chained. For a Siberian Husky the pack is everything, and we respect its nature every day of the year.
A team of several dogs, whose number varies depending on the excursion and the conditions. You'll meet them before setting off.
Yes, but first ask the instructor how to approach. Our dogs aren't all the same. Some are sociable with everyone, others don't like contact with strangers, and we tell you which ones you can approach.
